THERMAL INSULATING STRUCTURES

We carry out thermal insulating structures fitted with our own insulating blocks with a thermal break, in the formats 19x19x11cm and 19x19x17cm, using the BLOCKTHERM system. The system is fully certified with a thermal transmittance value of the construction coefficient <= 1.5 Wm-2K-1.

WALKABLE - HORIZONTAL
STRUCTURES

We carry out all kinds of walkable structures for installation in any type of building using the STEPBLOK system. The supply includes any necessary steel mounting frames, final joint surface treatments, including expansion joints, surface treatment and protection against weathering effects, structural design calculations, etc..

HISTORICAL REPLICAS STRUCTURES

We specialize in comprehensive supply of precast concrete panels with glass blocks for heritage-listed buildings, including the production of replicas of historical glass blocks and pavers on samples provided by the investor. The replicas of the blocks are manufactured in glassworks in the CZ and France. We specialize in FALCONNIER blocks.

ROOF - HORIZONTAL STRUCTURES

We carry out flat, vaulted, and fully custom roof structures using the STEPBLOK or BLOCKSYSTEM. These systems are fully certified for the intended purpose. We offer long-term warranties on roof structures. 

INTERIOR - VERTICAL STRUCTURES

We carry out interior walls, including flat, curved, corner, fire-resistant, sound-insulating, etc., using the BLOCKSYSTEM. The walls are manufactured according to the client's individual requirements. 

ILLUMINATED - LED STRUCTURES

We carry out precast concrete structures with glass blocks, each individual block illuminated with LED lighting, installed in standard masonry constructions, using our own X-LIGHT system. Each block in clear matte finish is fitted with an LED module, with either single-color or RGB.

COMPLETE COVERAGE OF YOUR PROJECT

We provide full project execution, from site measurement and preparation of the necessary documentation to production, installation, and complete certification of building components. All with a warranty of 3 to 10 years. For project execution, we also provide the necessary equipment, including cranes, special handling equipment and tools, auxiliary structures, scaffolding, etc.

On-Site Measurement

For our projects, we carry out our own on-site measurements for the buildings where the precast concrete structures are to be installed. Upon initial contact, please send us the project documentation along with a brief description. Finally, the assigned staff member will contact you to arrange the details of the on-site measurement

Design and Projecting of Precast Concrete Structures

For project solutions, we create layout designs and solutions for specific precast concrete structures with glass blocks based on the provided documentation, including the preparation of detailed technical reports describing the technologies, materials, and technological processes used.

Documentation Preparation for Implementation and Production

For each project, we create a technical solution for the precast concrete structure, including the necessary drawing documentation for production, which we then outsource to a production team that we have a long time partnership with.

Project Cost Calculation

For project solutions, we provide a complete cost specification for implementation FREE OF CHARGE, based on the provided documentation.The specification includes a detailed budget, covering all related costs for implementation, basic construction drawings, and a detailed technical report 

Authorized Installation

As part of our services, we provide authorized installation of precast concrete – glass block structures through our experienced team, focusing on the quality of execution and the longevity of the structures.

Commentary: Reconstruction of Historic Glass Block Structures

Restoring a historical landmark is no easy task. Attention to the original appearance and materials is paramount, and construction work often involves blending modern techniques with traditional methods. This was also the case with the massive windows at Pardubice Railway Station.
Due to technological requirements, the glass components had to be manufactured abroad. However, everything else was documented for you by Správa železnic – the national railway infrastructure manager in the Czech Republic.
